1. 目前水泵用填料的场合没有多，该批泵用于废黄河取水，水中含有杂质较多，机械密封较易磨损，并且大型中开泵更换机械密封难度比较大，所以该场合使用填料密封更经济更有性价比。填料密封的工作原理是通过压盖压紧盘根，通过填料密封与轴的紧密配合来达到控制泄漏量的要求，所以填料在更换新的时需要加适量润滑剂比如黄油等，也需要结合现场实际用途，考虑是否使用食品级润滑剂，当新填料更换后，只能用手轻轻带上螺母，带开阀后后调节泄漏量，并在运行过程中适当调节，一般材质的填料不允许零泄露，必须按照厂家要求调整好泄露量，泄露的介质起到润滑和冷却的效果，压得过紧会导致轴套和填料的过度磨损。
