分析油杯的泄露原因,我们先来了解一下油杯工作的基本原理,油杯下方是有一个斜口状的管子,轴承室的液位低于斜口时,空气会进入到油杯中,油杯中会出现冒泡现象,油会向下流补充到轴承室中,将斜口封住在油里,空气就不会再进入到油杯中,油杯液位保持不变。

泄露原因主要有两方面,其一轴承室油位过高,泵在运行中会轴承温度高会将空气加热,膨胀的空气会将油赶出来,其二透明油杯与杯托间存在密封不好的情况,有时候密封垫处含有砂砾颗粒会影响密封不严,油杯与杯托没有旋紧。
